Good
Room was clean, location was convenient, pool is beautiful, great complimentary breakfast
Hotel was in middle of renovation. Only one towel in room until we asked for more. No face clothes or hand towels. No glasses in room. Only a few staff are bilingual, so be comfortable with Spanish.

Comfortable clean room, very friendly front desk staff, and breakfast!
The street/construction noise. There is a lot of noise transfer from other rooms and stair well. Was also surprised to get a knock on the door at 8:30am for cleaning. Check out isn’t until noon.

It’s good for the money but I think maybe the staff is not getting paid well and you can see in there lack of good custo
It was a good location and it is nice looking and comfortable
The staff is not really friendly, helpful and doesn’t do the job well. Had problems getting confirmation of payment. We ask accounting for 2 weeks for confirmation and until almost the very end they send it to us. They did not clean the reins well and coffee was cold and the staff in the morning is not ready for everyone to come and eat.
